Monde D’Eau – TAAM’HA is a visionary hospitality landmark shaped by the fluid motion of water and the harmony of nature. Rising from a sculpted island and descending into the ocean itself, the hotel blends futuristic architecture with immersive biophilic design to create a destination unlike any other.

A Sculptural Icon Above and Below the Water

The tower features 22 floors above the waterline and 4 underwater levels, forming a total of 26 floors. Its organic tri‑lobed geometry curves upward to a refined height of approximately 120 meters, creating a striking silhouette visible across the coastline. Below the surface, the underwater floors offer serene aquatic lounges, suites, and observatories that bring guests into direct connection with the ocean.

Design Philosophy

The project is guided by three core principles:

• Sustainability — solar integration, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation, and green roofs
• Immersive Experience — panoramic views, fluid circulation, and underwater environments

Spatial Organization

• Ground Level: Arrival, lobby, marina access, and waterfront circulation
• Typical Floors: Curved guest room layouts centered around sculptural structural cores
• Amenity Level: Pools, wellness spaces, lounges, and elevated viewing decks
• Underwater Levels: Aquatic suites, submerged lounges, and ocean observatories
• Roof Level: A sculpted crown with integrated water features and sky viewpoints
• The Hotel connection to Land: It will be connected through a submerged tunnel to shore.

Material Palette

Glass, aluminum panels, natural stone, wood finishes, water features, and lush greenery combine to create a refined, modern, and nature‑driven aesthetic.
